Setting Up Questions

  1. Navigate to Settings > Question Bank
  2. First, select the See All Questions button, then the Create Question button to create a brand new question.
  3. Then, press the + Group button to create a new question group.
It is advised to name your question sets with a descriptive name that will help you identify the purpose of the questions.
Multiple question groups should be created if your clinic requires different types of questions for different types of insurances. For instance, you may want to create a dedicated Medicare question group for medicare patients. Hero Dark

Managing Questions

  • Groups can always be edited or deleted at any time by pressing the Edit or Delete button.
  • Press See All Questions to view or edit all questions in the question bank.
Note: Editing a question’s phrasing will affect all groups that contain that question.
