Desktop Notifications

Remy can send you desktop notifications when patient benefit verifications are completed.

Browser Permission Setup

  1. Navigate to Settings > Notifications
  2. Check your current notification status:
    • 🟢 Enabled - Notifications are working properly
    • 🔴 Blocked - You’ll need to enable notifications in your browser settings
  3. Click the Allow Notifications in Browser button when prompted
If notifications are blocked, you’ll need to update your browser or device settings to enable them.

Browser Setup Instructions

  1. Click the lock icon (🔒) in your browser’s address bar
  2. Click “Site Settings” or “Permissions”
  3. Find “Notifications” in the permissions list
  4. Select “Allow” for Remy
  1. Click Safari/Chrome/Firefox in the top menu
  2. Select “Preferences” or “Settings”
  3. Navigate to “Websites” or “Site Settings”
  4. Find “Notifications” in the permissions list
  5. Allow notifications for Remy

Testing Notifications

Once notifications are enabled:
  1. Click the Send Test Notification button
  2. You should receive a test notification on your desktop
  3. If you don’t receive the notification, double-check your browser settings
